Steve is a former school superintendant. He has spent half of his working career in education and the other half in business with experience in manufacturing, retail, and social services. He has a Masters Degree in Administration and is a faculty member of the William Glasser Institute.

Lee is a former information services manager for both a banking organization and a wholesale/retail company. She has also worked in higher education and economic development. She has an M.B.A. in Managerial Leadership.

Another asset of the company is a cadre of professionals who are called in for special projects on an as needed basis. All these professionals are strong advocates of the philosophies of Leadership Associates.
